Authenticity cannot exist without sincere gratitude

I talk a lot about what makes natural natural. The cornerstone of natural is authenticity. Authenticity resonates with your shoppers turning occasional customers into loyal evangelists. In order for authenticity to be effective, it needs to convey empathy and it needs to touch our hearts and our souls.

The effectiveness of your brand selling story is your ability to connect with your shoppers in a way that resonates with them. Ideally, you want them to hear and see themselves in your story. The best compliment any brand can receive comes from customers saying that they feel like you are in their head.

This is where the authenticity of your message transforms your brand from being just another brand on the shelf to an important part of their daily routine. For this to be possible, we all need to be grateful for all those who buy our products, celebrate our brand, place our brand on store shelves, help get it into the hands of shoppers, and to those who make it possible for our brand to thrive. This past week was a reminder of all we should be grateful for. Take time to praise those around you and all those who contribute to your success and well being. Thank you for allowing me to serve you and be a part of your community.
