I roll up my sleeves and become an expert in your brand, your category, your retailers, your competition, and the shoppers looking for your products.  We work together to identify project objectives and goals.  I then make recommendations to meet and exceed those objectives.  Then, I get to work and you get results.

• We will first talk by phone to discuss your needs, your current situation, your goals and objectives, and to evaluate your level of knowledge of category management strategies, tools, and solutions.  This usually takes 30 to 60 minutes.
• Next I will draft a custom solution to address your goals along with my recommendations. This typically takes place during our initial conversation.
• With an agreed upon set of objectives in writing, we then discuss your available resources (data, insights, etc), the project timeline, how we will be working together, and the expected deliverable.  I can work with you and your team in person, onsite, by phone, and even at retail.
• I then give you a proposal detailing everything needed to properly complete the project, the estimated time required, and the estimated fees.
• Once the proposal is accepted, we then work together to capture all of the resources needed for the project including syndicated data, retailer Point of Sale data, consumer/shopper insights, etc.
• You will then receive regular project and progress updates.
